Management and employee succession planning are both important issues-
define human resources. When businesses grow, there is a concern about
the organisational structure and being as efficient and productive as
possible. There is a concern for having the right people at the right
place at the right time. Some people will be leaving the company,
especially in the current competitive market situation. Management- hr specialist
have to continuously be on the search for talent, groom them to move
up, and have them trained in the appropriate processes so that when a
position opens up they are able to cope with the higher level of
responsibility.
