HR Service

Applications from prospective candidates are received by Head of HR Department- hr is and short-listed based on the following screening process:
  • Verifies and ensures that all relevant documents are submitted
  • Takes the Literacy/Numerate test if applicable
  • Conducts a visual fitness check if and as required
  • Conducts a Dexterity/Hand-Eye Coordination Test if and as required by the Company/department

Upon completion of the above basic screening process, successful candidates are interviewed and finally selected by HR Department- hr service and sent for approval to concerned authority.

Written Test for Candidates
For Grades 8 to 11 (officers and above)



Recruiting department or HR Department- the hr may choose to take a written test for the candidates applying for the position as part of the initial screening process. HR Department prepares the questions afresh for such test and administers the tests. Upon completion of the tests, all test papers of the candidates are forwarded to the competent authority for evaluation.
