HR Service

Applications from prospective candidates are received by Head of HR Department- hr is and short-listed based on the following screening process:
  • Verifies and ensures that all relevant documents are submitted
  • Takes the Literacy/Numerate test if applicable
  • Conducts a visual fitness check if and as required
  • Conducts a Dexterity/Hand-Eye Coordination Test if and as required by the Company/department

Upon completion of the above basic screening process, successful candidates are interviewed and finally selected by HR Department- hr service and sent for approval to concerned authority.

Written Test for Candidates
For Grades 8 to 11 (officers and above)



Recruiting department or HR Department- the hr may choose to take a written test for the candidates applying for the position as part of the initial screening process. HR Department prepares the questions afresh for such test and administers the tests. Upon completion of the tests, all test papers of the candidates are forwarded to the competent authority for evaluation.

What are human resources-one

It’s try to start for a series of work concerning human resources, actually, truly try to find out own resources which I’m deserve & need to deserve as a human being, in the other hand what shot of resources I need to practice for my own potentiality.
Confident, is one of the resource of human which is needed & practicable element of anybody , why ? let’s start to find,
Today is the first day of her life to take an admission test for taking an enrollment in a school, for that she with her sibling along-with parents are waiting for her written as well as oral tests, in-front of the get of the school there are huge crowd and all are disappointed and then become angry for the miss-management of the authority, by the way the over all situation is not encouraging to any one, so what happen to Raisa- start crying when authority call her for exam but main focus is not here, see to the mother of Raisa, she lost her cell phone when she tried to push Raisa to go for the exam & she realized the incident after,on the way to the house and she can’t say anything regarding the incident.
Above is an experience, tiny but from life and we know living life is the best teacher of any one’s life, we know this and also know that surviving in the other name fighting, lack of confided is the result of as above. Human resources management is not essential for the life of profession or business rather personal & living life as well.

Nazmul replied her, pardon, nobody as Amir is not in here.
Female asked him, so, who are you?
Nazmul answered her with interest that, he is Nazmul and what’s your name?
She replied, Suma, then she said, I have some another work to do and only chatting is not my work, so bye.
Just a second- Nazmul said, is this your cell number, would I call you?
She replied, okay, but only when I ‘m available to talk to you. When are you available? I will say to you, bye.

A survey by US job site CareerBuilder.com revealed 45% of employers used these sites to screen applicants — and this is “ definitely growing”, says a senior branch manager at Network Finance, a division of Network Recruitment. Professional sites like LinkedIn have made employers aware of how they can use other sites to get information about candidates. Though employer doesn’t screen every applicant, Facebook is a handy tool for “clarifying concerns or doubt, or to get peace of mind if I have a niggle feeling”.

Occupy Oakland

The protesters walked to the vacant convention center, where some started tearing down perimeter fencing and “destroying construction equipment” shortly before 3 p.m., they issued a dispersal order and used smoke and tear gas after some protesters pelted them with bottles, rocks, burning flares and other objects, police said. Police Sgt. Christopher Bolton said the arrests came after protesters marched through downtown Oakland a little before 8 p.m. Saturday, with some of them entering a YMCA building.

Most of the arrests were made when protesters ignored orders to leave and assaulted officers, police said. By 4 p.m., the bulk of the crowd had left the convention center and headed back downtown. The demonstration comes after Occupy protesters said earlier this week that they planned to move into a vacant building and turn it into a social center and political hub. A recent study saying marijuana use is now at a 30-year high for 12th graders. In fact, pot use is up for 8th and 10th graders too according to the study conducted by University of Michigan’s Institute for Social Research. They’ve been tracking teenage drug and alcohol use of 8th, 10th and 12th graders since 1975. The California Department of Education’s Healthy Kids report according to its 2010 survey of Palo Alto high school students, 69 percent claimed they had never tried marijuana – ever. But nearly three-quarters of them believed their peers had.
The good (and somewhat surprising) news is that there has been a long-term gradual decline of alcohol use. It reached an all-time low this year & the bad news; more kids are getting stoned than ever before: 43 percent of high school seniors reported having tried marijuana at least once.
